We currently offer free shipping for all orders delivering to the US.
We strive to have orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 11:00am CST. All orders placed after 11:00am CST will be shipped the next business day. We ship with multiple providers and use the provider that has the fastest transit time to the package destination!
International shipping is a flat rate fee of $50. Typical shipping times are 3-7 days, however customs processing could delay delivery times. Mott50 does not collect any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes when you place your order. These fees are determined and collected by your government and Mott50 is unable to predict fee charges for you. You will be asked to pay the fees at the time your shipment is released to you.
We gladly accept returns received within 30 days of placing your order for items not worn, altered, or washed . All returns must include all original packaging (poly bag with label).
Please email [email protected] to receive a return shipping label for all orders placed within the United States (debit $9 for returns). When you email for a return label, please provide the order # associated with the return AND the item you are sending back.

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or if you experience an issue with our product, please contact [email protected] We will gladly look into this further if your order was placed in the last 6 months.
In order to process your order refund quickly, Mott50 is no longer accepting exchanges. All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No exceptions.
We do not provide return labels for orders made outside the United States. Return packages must be shipped by the customer.
