Holiday Shipping Deadlines
** Please allow 48 hours to process orders during the busy holiday season. For guaranteed delivery by December 25th, please place orders before the cutoff times listed below.
Ground: Order by December 13
Expedited: Order by December 15
Overnight: Order by December 20
International: Order by December 15
We currently offer free shipping for all orders delivering to the US.
International shipping is a flat rate fee of $50. Typical shipping times are 3-5 days, however customs processing could delay delivery times.
We strive to have orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 11:00am CST. All orders placed after 11:00am CST will be shipped the next business day. We ship with multiple providers and use the provider that has the fastest transit time to the package destination!
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items not worn, altered, or washed. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of placing your order.
Please email [email protected] to receive a return/exchange shipping label for all orders placed within the United States (free for exchanges, debit $9 for returns). When you email for a return/exchange label, please provide the order # associated with the return or exchange AND the item you are sending back.
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
If a promotion code of 30% or more was used, returns are subject to Store Credit only.
Price adjustments will only be made if the order was placed within the last 7 days.
On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or if you experience an issue with our product, please contact [email protected] We will gladly look into this further if your order was placed in the last 6 months.
We do not provide return labels for orders made outside the United States. Return packages must be shipped by the customer.
